Order, Refund & Food Safety Policy

At Lechon Las Vegas, every lechon is prepared fresh and made to order. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Deposits & Reservations
A deposit is required to secure your requested date and time. Dates and times are not reserved until the required deposit has been successfully received. Availability is first-come, first-served and may change until payment is received.

Size & Appearance
Lechon sizes are based on an approximate weight range. Because each pig is naturally different in build, length, and proportion, two lechons within the same weight range may appear different in size.

Cooking also naturally affects the finished appearance and weight. Photos on our website and social media are examples only and do not guarantee an identical appearance.

A difference in appearance alone does not mean that a smaller size was provided.

Inspect Your Order
Customers should inspect their order at the time of pickup or delivery. Any concern regarding the order, size, condition, or quality should be reported to Lechon Las Vegas within 2 hours of receipt. Photos may be requested so we can properly review the concern.

Refunds, Credits & Replacements
Because our products are perishable and prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final once an order has been accepted at pickup or delivery.

Reporting a concern within 2 hours does not automatically guarantee a refund, credit, or replacement. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution when a verified issue is attributable to Lechon Las Vegas.

We cannot provide refunds based solely on personal preference, expected appearance, or natural variations in the finished product.

Food Safety & Customer Responsibility
Lechon is prepared fresh and should be served promptly. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for proper transportation, handling, serving, temperature control, storage, and reheating.

For food-safety questions, customers should follow applicable Southern Nevada Health District guidance.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Because lechon requires an extensive cooking and preparation process, occasional delays may occur.

For “Leave at Door” or other unattended deliveries, customers are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly handling the food after delivery.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including size, quantity, pickup/delivery information, date, and time. Please contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
