Our returns policy is applicable within the first 2 hours following the delivery or pick-up of your lechon. If more than 2 hours have passed, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend consuming the lechon immediately after delivery or pick-up to ensure the best experience. 

 We encourage you to inspect the product upon receipt. Each lechon is crafted with great care, and while it may not always look exactly as depicted in pictures, we assure you that the same dedication and quality are upheld by our chefs. We genuinely care about your satisfaction and are confident you will enjoy our product. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to the manager or text for immediate attention.

 Additionally, please understand that the process of cooking a lechon takes considerable time. While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered promptly, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
