Having its origins in Spain, lechon, otherwise known as roast pig is enjoyed by many cultures worldwide. 

Lechon Las Vegas is a family-owned and operated business (formerly known as Lechon Pinoy) that has been serving this delicious Filipino food to the Las Vegas area since 1998. That is over 20 years of serving the crispiest, crunchiest, most mouth-wateringly delicious roast pig! Our delicious recipe comes straight from the beautiful islands of the Philippines and has been proudly passed down through the family.
