We offer the following refund policy:
We only replace or refund items if they are damaged upon delivery or were not made to ensure your exacting criteria is met.
To process request a replacement or refund just want to let you know that we cannot offer a full refunds for food that has been damaged, eaten or stolen.
Our returns policy is only available within the first 2 hours of the Lechon delivery/Pick Up.
If more than 2 hours have elapsed since the delivery/pick up of your lechon, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If Lechon has not been served in a prompt manner after pick-up or delivery we offer no gurantees if the Lechon is not consumed immediately after delivery or pick-up.
